Protect Football's Future
"Walk for Change"
A group of conference clubs have joined together to form a group called 'Protecting Football's Future' (PFF) with the mission statement:
"If a full time Football Club runs a Youth Development Scheme which meets Governing Body Qualitative Criteria, access to funding should be available and player registration should be protected."
As part of their campaign, Jez George, Director of Football at Cambridge United, is walking 410 miles in 19 days visiting each of the other clubs in the PFF group, to create publicity to initiate change.
